Number of new Bitcoin addresses at highest level since 2018

Sharing a chart from cryptocurrency analytics company Glassnode, YellowBlock showed the number of new Bitcoin addresses at all times. The chart shows that the date when the number of new Bitcoin addresses is highest is 2018.
Changes in Bitcoin address numbers
Data shared by glassnode shows that the number of active Bitcoin addresses has risen similarly.
In addition, Glassnode shared that the number of addresses holding over 1000 bitcoins also made a new ATH, showing that the number of addresses was 2,310. The previous ATH was seen on 18 December 2020 with 2,309 addresses.
Total number of Bitcoin addresses exceeded 762 million.
Finally, according to data shared on the blockchain’s website, the number of unique Bitcoin addresses received a value of over 768 thousand on January 5, 2021.
