Cryptocurrency exchanges moved about 1.5 billion XRP from Spark AirDrop, which will take place on December 12.
According to data shared by XRPL, large amounts of XRP have been transferred in the last 24 hours.
Cryptocurrency exchanges, notably Bithumb and Kraken, carried about 1.5 billion XRP from Spark AirDrop, which will take place on December 12. Transfers were made in groups of 100, 200 million people on average.
The total value of the transfers reached $ 850 million. The vast majority of XRP’s were made by Bithumb, one of South Korea’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges, and Kraken, another leading San Francisco-based exchange.
Bithumb has carried 700 million XRP in three transfers so far, while Kraken has carried 400 million XRP in four transfers.
Bittrex, Huobi, Coinbase and Binance were other exchanges that have seen significant transfer activity in recent hours. All of these exchanges announced support for Spark AirDrop, which is run by Flare Networks. As is known, according to the balance records to be received at 03:00 on December 12, XRP investors will receive the Spark token at a rate of one to one.
